Heater problem
1998 Chevy Lumina Engine Size unknown Wheel Drive Type unknown Automatic 143000 miles

car was overheating low on antifreeze would stall out, replaced thermosstat still did the same thing.now its losing antifreeze starting to smoke under the hood and stalls out.

Do coolant system pressure test
check head gasket
they sell a kit where you can chemically test for a head gasket failure
