1998 Chevy Lumina I don't get it

1998 Chevy Lumina Automatic 185000 miles

i have this used car for a few days every time I push to hard on the gas pedel it acts like its out of gas when I let off its fine now I can only go 25 miles an hour. I have had three different shops run it on there mech. And nothing comes back it said nothing is wrong one put a new computer in it but still dose it. Any one have any ideas?

Inspect and test all the following listed below:

Oxygen sensor
Dirty fuel injectors (cleaning the injectors often fixes this).
Bad MAP (manifold absolute pressure) sensor
Bad TPS (throttle position) sensor
Bad or dirty MAF (mass airflow) sensor
Low fuel pressure (leaky fuel pressure regulator or weak fuel pump)
Vacuum leaks (intake manifold, vacuum hoses, throttle body, EGR valve)
Bad gasoline (fuel contaminated with water or too much alcohol)
Dirty or worn spark plugs
Bad plug wires
Weak ignition coil
Cap and rotor

Note:If it doesn't apply disregard.

The shop has checked all of them and still nothing

Did they checked the catalytic converter if its clogging up
