Hello,

I just got a great deal on a 98 Lumina Ltz, but it had been sitting for a bit and the brakes and rotors needed replacement. I had no problem with the front, but a can not figure out how to get the rear rotor off. I am not sure if it is welded to the plate with the lugs on it or if should come off freely. I have lloked all over for a diagram but sadly Haynes manual doesnt cover the LTZ as far as I know, please advise.

Thanks, Kevin

So, I have removed everything like the diagram shows but I am getting zero movement out of the rotor, I have even tried tapping from behind with a piece of wood and a hammer?

You are replacing the rotors!
No need to use wood just hit the rotor (hit in 1st)
You may have to try and back the E brakes shoes, it will make it easier if you can, and if not just good few hits should get it loose
