The fuel pump runs all the time. Should cycle after a few seconds when the car is turned on but not running. It doesn't do that. The pcm is never dropping voltage to the f/p relay. This car doesn't use the oil pressure switch as the sense to cut off the pcm, I don't see anything in the wiring diag that does. What cuts off the fuel pump when the car is not running on this model.

IM PRETTY SURE YOU MENT TO SAY, "WHEN THE CAR IS TURNED OFF?" IF THIS IS THE CASE YOUR IGN SW IS THE POWER FOR THE FUEL PUMP. WHEN THE KEY IS TURNED TO ON OR RUN YOU HAVE POWER TO THE FULE PUMP.
HOPE THIS HELPS

No, the deal is it runs all the time, when you turn the key to the on position before you start the motor it should run a few seconds and shut off. Also when you turn the motor off but leave the key on it continues to run. It should shut down.

Thanks
