1997 Chevy Lumina Heater and AC not working

My 1997 Chevy Lumina Ls, 3.1 car heate and ac ar not working after I replaced the starter. The starter was easy enough to get to to change and I hoed it up right but whean I try to use the heater and ac or fan they dot work no indication of eather. The radio and light work and, the car starts, Just now hwter or ac. Does this car need the computer reset or maybe I didnt reconnect the wire. On the starter I did. The Accessoy (purple wire) on the small post and the Orange and Black wire together on the top post. Whats wrong
