Heater problem
1996 Chevy Lumina V6 Front Wheel Drive Automatic 135, 00 miles

hello, my name is paul. Im having a problem with my car. When I run my heater. Once the engine warms up. And I have the heater onit will blow out heat, like any other car. Five to ten minites later the hot air soon becomes cold.? The radiator apears to have antifreeze in it. The over flow resivior stays around half full. And the idiot light in the dash board stays on, ( low coolant ) { these are some of the repairs that ive made to resolve my problem.} #1. Changed out the water pump. #2. New thermostat. #3 kept a close eye on the antifreeze. Level. Searched for possable leaks in the hoses, water pump, heater core, thermostat housing. And have not resolved my problem as of yet. Thank you , if you feel you mite be able to help please e-mail me. Right now im out of ideas, and out of money. Thank you. Paulvanhorn22@gmail. Com

So the low coolant light is on but the level is fine?Sounds like it could have an air pocket in it. If I rmember correctly, there are 1 or 2 bleeders on that engine to help get the air out of it. That is most likely the reason for the cold air. No water in the heater core
