Electrical problem
1994 Chevy Lumina 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 140K miles

I have this lumina it has miles but runs great I have this blinker issue the blinkers light up but don, t blink ive replaced all light bulbs replace the steering blinker switch and the blinker thing under the dash box anyone have a idea on why they will not blinker

Use an ohmmeter on the black wire on the bulb socket to chassis ground do you have continuty? Let me know I got more coming

Seems those r good getting good ground on the lights

Blinker thing

I take it as the turn signal flasher-slap a voltmeter on both receptical terminal one of them should have power-get back
