1992 Chevy Lumina WONT STAY STARTED RUN 10-30SEC ONLY

I start it and it die out after 10 sec it wont start till i turn the key to primer it.IT WONT stay on longer then 30sec I can ican hear the fuelpump my vacum line are hook up it look like it is getingto much gas in the rail i push the rel vale and car will start sometimes it run fine then it dies out after 2min or3 it then run rough spark plugs gap right new wires r right fuel my vacum line might be wrong i have abook but it dot show anything to make sure it was runing fine i was going home and it died i pushed the releas on the rail and drove a block and it died idid again and got me home it start sometimes and then it wont till i rel gas out of rail when is runing i smell like gas from tailpipe THANK U FOR UR HELP

Welcome to the forum, how long since a tune-up? Use a gage and check fuel pressure, 41-47 psi. also pull the vac line from pressure regulator, see if there is any gas in it? Check for codes.
