I had similar problem. Black smoke when I got on the gas. Didnt happen all the time, once or twice a week tops. Was told it had to be fuel related due to the black smoke. New fuel pump, fuel filter, injection service done, fuel pressure tested, map sensor and lastly new o2 sensor "whole new fuel system". The black smoke continued. Finally got a full scan done on it and it turned out to be the ecm. The computer was telling the injectors to stay open too long. Replaced the computer,
been running fantastic ever since.

Ok I got some codes now but I don't know if they have anything to really do with it 43 and 53 are the codes I am getting I blocked my egr up yesterday cuz I think it was junk and im not buying another one I was told it be ok any ways I didn't check the fuel pressure yet don't have the tool think I can rent from auto zone tho I looked them up 43 is the knock senser which I think is cuzed from when it runs rough and knocks around maybe?
Then 53 is system over-voltage (ecm over 17.7 volts)
which I have no clue about. I would think that I would get ecm error if it was the ecm wouldn't i.
I was also reading that is electronic spark timing or electronic spark control could that make car run rich.
I think it is in my spark then can someone tell me if I could be right I always like a sec opion
