Help, help, help for my Dodge Truck

Hello everyone,
I have a 1997 dodge ram 1500. The truck sat for about three months. Now that I have started using it. I am having problems with it bucking, soungs like a miss? Some sort of clink noise also.
The car is in good condition. We put dri gas in the tank (new tank of gas) we also changed the plugs. Cleaned the throttle body with carb cleaner.I really need help. Any suggestions are appreciated.
The truck normally runs like a top. It sat until a friend of ours put new brake lines in.

Try a tank of premium and add two bottles of chevron techrolene available at napa and other big parts houses. Double dose. That is a good cleaner for internals. And did you replace the plugs before or after the carb cleaner spray. That spray gets ingested into the combustion chamber and fouls the plugs. Good luck

Dear Palco,
Found the chevron product Techron. I guesses that was it. Kind of expensive. Great product. I ran it for about an hour. Everything has cleared up except a small knock I think if I run it longer it will go away. Thanks a million.
