Fuel Pump Relay Switch

Where is it located on a 1991 3.0L Mercury Sable?

The deal - Car wont start 'sometimes' due to battery not being charged. Especially happens if it has been sitting more than a couple of days. Battery is good, alternator is good and charges. I have been told the problem could be a bad fuel pump relay switch (due to it staying on after the car is shut off) so I am going to switch that out (hopefully, if I can find it). Any other thoughts on what could be causing this?

I appreciate the help

Should be a black plastic box under the hood with some fuses in it. The relay should be plugged into a socket in the box.
