The evaporative system has various components that may be failing. However it may also be a simple as a hose that has become disconnected or leaking. There may be a valve stcking or the neck leaking. The car needs to go to a shop that is current with the techniques of diagnosing this code. It may involve injecting smoke into the system or using a scanner capable of remotely controling the valves associated with the evaporative system.
