2006 Chevy Impala window problem

2006 Chevy Impala 6 cyl Automatic 77000 miles

When rolling up my window it made a pop noise, when I made the window go down it went down but when I tried to make it come back up it wouldn't. The window is loose in the door, I have to use my hands to pull it up. What do you think is wrong? Could it have just came off the track or do you think I need a new regulator.
