2003 Chevy Impala Switching from defrost to air conditioner

When switching from defrost setting to air conditioner setting, warm air continues to come out on the driver side only. The car has dual air controls for driver and rider sides. After the car sets for a while it will revert back to normal operation.

The air delivery are controlled by vacumn actuators. There is a possibility of vacumn leakages causing the problem. Check driver side vent door actuator for vacumn leakages.
