WHEN I TURN UP THE HEAT IN THE CAR NOTHING COMES OUT. WHAT DO I DO?

If no air comes out of the vent whatsoever, check for voltage at the blower motor. If you have voltage but blower motor doesn't work, replace it.
If you don't have voltage at blower motor, check all the connectors, fuse, wiring etc.
