After my car has run for a little while, when I shut it off I hear a clicking noise from the relays in the fuse panel on both sides. The passenger side does it more than the driver side, then when I start the car again the instrument panel lights flicker before it starts. And the Service Vechicle Soon light comes on. After it sits for a while the ticking stops and the car starts fine. The garage I took it to can't figure it out. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

How good is the battery? Check both the cables going to the battery, disconnect and clean them to make sure you have a good ground. Have the garage check for altinator output and check battery. With what you posted with reference to all relays ticking I tend to think it is the ground wires or a bad wire connection.
