2002 Chevy Impala Traction Control

Have had a bearing replaced 2 different times and after a few months I get the Traction Control Light coming on and get the grinding noise from the ALB System, which you can feel in the brake pedal.
What are my next steps. The Chevy Agency want $2K to fix this.
