2002 Chevy Impala NOISE FROM DRIVERS SIDE FRONT BRAKE

Brakes problem
2002 Chevy Impala 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 70000 miles

MY HUSBAND REPLACED ALL FOUR BRAKES WITH UPGRADED NEW BRAKES AND ROTORS LAST YEAR.
MY CAR MAKES A SQUEALING NOISE ON THE FRONT DRIVERS SIDE. IT IS QUITE ANNOYING AND LOUD. MY QUESTION IS WHY DOES IT ONLY DO IN THE FRONT DRIVERS SIDE AND WHY. IS THERE ANYTHING WE CAN DO TO STOP THIS AND ALSO IS IT A DRIVING HAZARD?
