2001 Chevy Impala knocking noise

I have recently got my oil change and after I got my oil change there have been a knocking noise coming from the engine. My Check Engine light have not came on and the carr is running fine except for that noise is my engine going bad or is there something I can do to stop the noise please help!

I would ake it back to them and see if they left something loose under the hood. How long ago was it

It has been about a week ago. I let somebody else look at it and they say its not a knocking its a ticking and they say it sound like the lifters.

It was about a week ago. I let somebody else look at my car and they said it is not a knocking noise its more like a ticking noise and they said it sound more like the lifters.

Yes they check 4 times and it was full. Do you think they added a thinner oil like 5w30 could have started it to doing that. And if so what can I do to stop it from tapping add oil treatment?
