Can someone please give me some ideas, I posted a comment on my 2001 Chevy Impala about being hard to start and sometimes it starts on the first try. The vehicle also kills while driving and is very hard to start back up again. I've had tuneup, EGR valve and fuel injector cleaning at 105,000 miles. A month ago I changed the fuel pressure regulator, fuel filter and the air filter but nothing seems to help not even the dealer because they are picking up no codes. Help..........very frustrated!

Also, try cleaning the fuel injection system.

try the mass air flow sensor!! I have a 2000 impala that was doing the same thing. I changed just about everything (spark plugs, wires, ignition coils, fuel filter, air filter, pcv valve, and fuel pressure regulator)with no luck. Finally took to repair shop ran diagnostics, bad mass air flow sensor. Looks easy to install once located(2 screws and a clip). hope this helps.
