2000 Chevy Impala engine dont turn over nor fuel pump not w

hi and thanks i have a 2000 inpala engine dont turnover no power to the purple starter wire i can bypass the starter by jumping it it will turn over no fuel pump i can spray carb cleaner in the air intake it will start and run until cleaner burns off starter wires at 12 volt in and out i reolace computer and same thing the theif light on radio just flashes please help me
