1998 Chevy Lumina Turn signals

My turn signals don’t work. I changed the bulbs and checked the fuse; however, I still can’t them to work. Is there some type of relay? Thank you in advance!

Do the bulbs light when you select the HAZARD switch?

Your flasher relay is located behind the left side of the dash.
