Engine Cooling problem
1996 Chevy Impala V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I have a 1996 Chevy impala. Only one of my cooling fans are operational. Also, when I turn off my vehicle, the fans continues to spin. The only way it will stop is if I disconnect my battery! Not sure where the relay is located.. Please advise!
