1996 Chevy Express starting problems

I have a 1996 chevy express van that somethimes starts and sometimes doesn't start. If I hear the fuel pump then it's not going to start. I changed the gas filter, ignition harness, the fuel pump, fuel relay, fuel filter; I've tried everything I know to try and fix it, but to no success. Would anyone have any idea what the problem could be?

If I hear the fuel pump then it's not going to start. You suppose to hear the fuel pump for 2 secs then shuts off this the priming stage when engine fires up the fuel pump and oil pressure sending unit powers the fuel pump.
