My key for ignition does not always want to come out and is progressively getting worse. Is this a key problem or a ignition problem

What you should check is your key. See how worn down it is. If it is quite worn start by replacing it. Second the cylinder is causing the key to wear abnormally fast. The cylinder should come out and be lubricated along with the housing. After that you should be in much better shape.
