when i turn steering wheel or hit a bump i hear a noise that sounds like an old bed spring screeching what could the problem be

Most likely a strut/spring. Can you duplicate noise by bouncing fender ?

Mine does the exact same thing what did you find out? its getting to be worse when i turn to the right
