I would like to know if it is a good idea to check and adjust my valve clearance. My valves seem to be noisy, I am useing the shell gas 89% octane that has nitrogine to clean your engine, could that be the reason. Dose my eingine have self adjusting valves?

Yes you have Zero lash lifters no need to adjust. If oil pressure good then you can try an additive to see if sluge is the problem. Marvel Mistry Oil a good product to free up lifters. But at 190K miles it may just be wear that is the issue.
