I start the car and it will idle arond 500-600 RPM. I will push the gas petal and after sputtering it will gain RPMs, but is sounding like it is misfiring. After letting go of the throttle it will fall to 200-300 RPM and sometimes die. When driving it once I pushing the throttle it has alot of power but sometimes sputters and jerks the car. Everytime I come to a stop however it will fall to 200-300 RPM and die.

I have replaced the spark plugs, wires, and MAF with no luck in the problem getting fixed.

With so low of miles on an 03, how long does it sit and how old is the fuel? I would check the fuel pressure, should be approximately 55-62. Check the fuel filter, and if the fuel is old, add some fresh. Another possibility could include some sticking or dirty fuel injectors.

Is there a check engine light? If it is misfiring, there should be. I would start by checking the fuel pressure, as previously stated. You are almost going to need a scan tool, and when it is acting up, check the oxygen sensor operation. If it is going lean, the oxygen sensor values will be low, less than 100mV.
