I purchased the car about 3 months ago, it runs fine except the gas gauge has a tendency to drop to zero after driving for about 30 minutes this is with a full tank of gas. The check gauges light comes on and the low fuel message pops up. My mechanic replaced the fuel sensor module in the right tank (the computer indicated that was the problem) but it still isn't working correctly. He seems to think the other sensor might be faulty but at $800.00 plus I would like to make sure that's the solution. The car has a K&N air filter (large coffee can type) and a free flow exhaust system, other than that its stock. Any information would be appreciated.
