Chevrolet Corsica Repair Question

Oil light
I have a 1990 chevy corsica 2.2l 4cyl it has 141900 miles while im driving the oil light flickers it has oil is there any way i can ckeck to see if the oil pump is working or is there any thing else that it could be

Is the oil oil level correct level?. Also could have a bad oil sending unit switch. Is youre motor making any kind of knocking noises?.

GOT IT FIXED IT WAS WRONG VISCOSITY OIL THANK ANY WAY
