1996 Chevy Corsica 6 cyl 83000 miles
my car didnt pass emissions and i need to figure out why. We think one reason is because when you start it all the warning lights dont turn on. Anyone know why? Only the low oil light and e brake light turn on. Also the regular lights seem to be messed up. There are daytime running lights but there is no difference between that and when the lights are "on." What can i do to fix my car? please help. THANKS!
