Our 1996 Corsica has been having the check engine light come on after the water pump and thermostat were changed. The code stated we needed a coolant temperature sensor. It was replaced. The coolant was flushed and changed when the water pump and thermostat were done. Now the engine light is on again. I noticed it seemed to come on when the thermostat opened (I could see the temperature go down on the gauge). What could be causing it now? We have already replaced the fuel pump, the oxygen sensor, the spark plugs, the egr valve, the throttle position sensoe along with the other parts listed.
