1995 Chevy Corsica 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Im trying to figure out why my heater isn't blowing anymore. It will come on for a minute, and then it will shut back off. Sometimes when i hit a pothole or something, it will come back on.. I need to know what needs to be fixed, or what it maybe...
