1993 Chevy Corsica electronic idle

put on a new battery and now the idle is all over the place.it is stalling constantly.had this problem before and had the idle strategy reset.ran fine till i put on the battery.my question is could this be caused by installing a battery and is there anything i can do to fix it myself

Try idle relearn procedure. May not be readable, see if you can enlarge, maybe (control +) ?
