1. 1993 Chevy Corsice
2. 141, 559
3. automatic transmission
4. 2 wheel drive
5. Past repair history if applicable
just replaced the alternator and battery.

I have a 93 Corsica. I just replaced the alternator 2 nights ago. I was getting ready to run some errands. Before I could pull out of the drive way the car died. Much like it does when the alternator is bad. I hooked a set of jumper cables up to it and it wouldn't turn over. Everything electrical works and works strong on it. It won't turn over. I have retraced the power wire and checked all of my fuses and everything seems to be fine. What could be the problem?

Are u getting check engine light on?. Also does it want to fire back up?. Do u hear the fuel pump kicking on when to turn the igintion on?. I would take a look at getting the fuel filter replaced also, Getting the pump pressure tested?. How long has it been since the car has had a tune up?.
