WHen I turn on the heat for my car to high or the level under high it makes a very load noise that is hard to describe. It does not do this noise when the heat is on low or right above low but the heat hardly works there. DOes any one know what it could be and how I can fix it? I also just replaced the heater core about a year ago

What I would do is pull the blower motor out and see if there may be a leaf, etc. Is in the the fan. Also a cracked fan can make noise.
