If it has been a while since your last tune up, I would change plugs, fuel filter, air filter and PCV valve.
Look at the fuel pressure regulator for gas in the vacuum lines, if present, then replace FPR.
Also inspect fuel lines, rail and injectors for fuel leaks.
Have the convertor checked (backpressure test) it may be partially clogged.
