Engine Performance problem

It starts just fine, I replaced the Throttle Position Sensor. It runs just fine when it idles and will run well for a while. But after a while when you come to a complete stop it will stall and wont start back up for about 5-10 min. Then it will run fine for a little bit and do it again.
