2005 Chevy Colorado Window

When lowering my driver side window the gasket on the interior side of the window sticks to the window and gets pulled down into between the window and door panel, causing the window to bind up and bend the regulator arms and break the attachment point on the window, I have replaced the window, straightened the arms and rivited the gasket strip to the door panel, which was suggested to me

Could be part of this TSB, It includes the channels, which in your case may not be aligned properly.
Left/Right Door Window Inoperative (Replace Door Glass and Regulator, If Necessary) TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN Reference Number(s): 04-08-64-022, Â Date of Issue: Â October 27, 2004 Related Ref Number(s): 04-08-64-022 ARTICLE BEGINNING SERVICE INFORMATION Service Information CONDITION Some customers may comment that the left or right door window is inoperative. CAUSE Poor adhesion of the sash channel to the glass may cause this condition. CORRECTION Replace the door glass. Do not attempt to reattach the sash channel to the glass. It may be necessary to replace the window regulator if damaged. Refer to Window Replacement-Front Door (SI Document ID #1318585) or Window Regulator Replacement-Front Door (SI Document ID #1311279).
