My car is bucking when I accelerate

I was driving my car last when it suddenly died on me and after I pulled off the road to restart it it now bucks when I accelerate. It is a 2005 chevy cobalt 2.0L engine with about 45000 miles on it. Its almost like it stalls when i'm driving it. Once I get to around 45-50 miles an hour its fine whe I slow down its fine just when I accelerate that I get the bucking sensation.

Have your plugs and wires checked first and make sure they are ok
