2005 Chevy Cobalt 80,000 miles

Hi I have had problems on and off for the last couple years with my door locks, sometimes the door wont open even after i hit unlock, it wont unlock and i have to sit there and mess with it to get it to go. Now today I was driving and all of a sudden my locks just started to lock and unlock, I didnt hit any buttons, and kept doing it when i turned my car off and it wont stop. What should i do?

it sounds like you may have a bad door lock switch. Try working the switch a bit to see if they stop over reacting. The other problem with them not un-locking, does the button move when you hit un-lock and you can't open the door? or does the button not move at all when you hit unlock?
