After pulling keys out of ignition I open my door then hit the automatic lock button and it makes a clicking noise but the locks don't go down.I then use my keychain button and they go down. They will go up and down with keychain but only make a noise to go down with the buttons. When I use the button tio go up no noise is heard

Follow this, It has been reported that an issue exists that will cause the door locks to cycle when driving and/or become inoperative from the door lock switches. When the condition is present the door locks are inoperative from the switches, however they work normally with the key fobs. (If equipped with Remote keyless Entry)connect the Tech-2 to the vehicle and look at the door lock switch status. It should be reading "Idle". If it reads lock or unlock then check for a possible sticking door lock switch and replace as necessary. Also check for corrosion at the window switch and connector.
