Chevy horn not working

2005 Chevy Citation 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 58000 miles

Hi i was wondering whats wrong with the Horn on my 2005 chevy cobalt it jus stopped working.
I changed the fuse under the hood of the car for the horn but its still not working and the fuse that was in the before i replaced it was still good please help

Hello, the problem is probably the ground control for the coil side of relay. You can check the switch side by using a jumper, if the horn honks, you know that circuit is ok. Right now I can't rule out the relay itself. Not only check the fuse,but, that the fuse circuit is hot.
