1983 Chevy Citation Fuel intake
Engine Mechanical problem
1983 Chevy Citation 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 100000 miles
the car would die like it was out of gas if it got to less than a half a tank of gas, then died all together. we replaced the fuel pump and filter. now its not getting gas to the carb. it is getting gas through the filter but not into the carb. what do we check next?

there sold be rubber lines so the engine can flex check those for being together and not letting fuel go thru. If it is getting fuel on the one side thennot the othe there is your problem. Also check the line from the filter to the ruber hoses.
