Truck Wont Start

I have 97 Chevy Cheyenne 2500 224,689 vortec v-8. The brake lights and turn signals were not working so I found I had some blown fuses and replaced them. Everything was working fine then I went to start the truck and the starter wont even engage it dosent even try to start. I checked all the fuses and everything looks good, any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

Check the crank fuse 10amp at the instrument panel fuse block. Okay hold ignition switch at crank position and look for battery voltage at the purple wire at the starter solenoid-power there replace starter. No power track the circuit back to the ignition switch thru the starter relay/transmission range switch or neutral safety switch. See below
