When I turn my key the fuel pump comes on, but when I go to start my battery guage goes down below 9. The injecteres wont spray and there is no fire. Is I posable I have a short in the ignition system. I also found bare wire coming of the crank sensor, it was touching the manifold

It sounds like there are other wires shorting out. Inspect the wire harness that goes to the crank sensor. Make sure all of them are good. Yes, you may have an ignition wire shorting out. Did you check for actual spark at the spark plugs? What is the fuel pressure?

Yea I checked the spark, and there is none. I havent checked the actuall pressure, but there is gas. I replaced the coil now it fires about every ten times I try. When it does start I try to give it gas and it dies. But most of the time the fuel pump dont come on when I turn the key. My battery gauge also stays below 9.

Have the ignition module checked. Autozone or a place like that will do it for free. Also, there are two ground wires running in the harness that carries the crank sensor wires. Make sure they are good and check and clean where they are connected to the block.
