1993 Chevy Cheyenne truck jerks in first gear

1993 Chevy Cheyenne
had a problem before I Had transmission cleaned. The teck said he didnt know what was wrong . It only does it in first gear all other gears work fine any sugestions?

hopefully you didn't go to an oil change place to get the fluid changed. If you ahve over 100,000 on this then you never do you just add. But take it to a trans shop to have trans guy diagnose this. It may be that the torque converter is going bad or one of your clutches in the trans is going bad.
