so far we have replaced fuel filter and pump. No fuel seems to be getting anywhere. also replaced fuel pump relay. any ideas?

Hi, make sure the battery has a full charge and the connections are good. Follow one of the positive battery connections, see if it goes to junction block, maybe several fusible links, check those links. The links should be hot on both sides.
You can check circuits at the relay, if you want?
