1990 Chevy Celebrity engine dies and stalls

I have a 90 celebrity with 3.1 car only gas 120000 miles has always ran like a new car! Left my house got a mile down the road and my car died while stopping and would not restart untill the next morning! Got car running and when driving when accelarating once I gave it gas it boged out and died restarted a few times but did the same thing and then would not start for about an hour but can keep car running if spraying starting fluid right into manifold! Car started idling high and low and has soon has you go she stalls and wont start for awhile! Checked fuel system and am getting fuel to motor! Any help please!

Start by checking the fuel pressure with a fuel pressure tester and get back with the readings we start here.

Cant get the car started it starts but dies right away! Hooked pressure tester and reading 40 and drops to 30 when I try to start it! Changed tps yesterday and did not help! Should I change the pressure regulator?

Replace the FPR if it continues to drop like that could be an injector or the fuel pump check valve is leaking

Got the car started and the pressure stayed at 35 when running and when the engine died it went right back to 40! Acorrding to repair book the FPR is good! The manual said it should be between 40-47 not running and should drop 3-10 when running! Should I try to clean the injectors

This time disconnect the FPR vac hose plud it did it raise the pressure to 8-10psi?

First I would like to thank you for help!Disconnected vac house and pluged pressure went up 9 psi. Car will run till it gets to operating temp and then stalls like it ran out of fuel! What should I do next?
