1989 Chevy Celebrity THE BRAKES IN MY CAR ARE NOT THE GOOD
Brakes problem

MY BRAKES ARENOT THAT GOOD EVEN I REPLASE THE DESKS WITH A VERYGOOD TYPE AND I REPLASE THE WASHERS OF THE WHOLE BRAKES SYSTEM AND I USE A VERY GOOD TYPE OF BRAKES LIQUID

even if you replaced the disc pads doesn't mean you are going to have good brakes. As you havne' t really described your problem, you should take this to a pro as your master cylinder may be bad or have air in the system causing this. He'll be able to diagnose this correctly and fix what's wrong.
